problems you will be able to view our videos.
You can only click on the link 2 times before it expires.
So if you do not have success on the first try let
me know. We will not reload it again.
All trouble must be reported within 12 hours of purchase.
Links will expire in 12 hours and we will not re-set it or re-load the download under any circumstances.
You Must Do The Following To View Your Download Videos.
If you have a Firewall and a pop up blocker? You must disable them.
You MUST have you cookies enabled.
You Must Use Internet Explorer for your browser. NOT AOL and Mozilla FireFox Browsers.
You Cannot Use A Wireless Connection.
When logging in if you get the error message "the specified license is not valid" That is
because one of two things the servers get real busy at times.
Just close the login box out and click the play button in the Windows Media
Player until it works. It may take 2 to 3 tries. OR Sometimes trash code will accumulate in the cache in your computer. Please clear your cache and re-boot your computer
then try it again.
