We took Mary’s thick length hair and decided to Perm it. Mary’s hair was so long this we used new techniques to complete this perm. Ms. T. started at the ends of Mary’s hair applying the paper and perm rods throughout Mary’s long hair to get tight curls. Next, she applies the perm solution thoroughly on Mary’s hair and put the plastic cap on for the perm to process.
