We took Elizabeth’s long beautiful hair and decided to do a Perm on it. Stylist Ms. T. take various perm rods, starting at the ends of Elizabeth’s hair she applies the paper and perm rods all of Elizabeth’s hair in tight curls. Then, she applies a new type perm salutation that is very thick thoroughly on Elizabeth’s hair. Ms. T. rinses Elizabeth and applies the neutralizer on her hair and removes all those perm rods.
