By request Donna’s Old Fashion Perm Set !!! We took Donna’s long beautiful reddish blond hair and decided to do a old fashioned Perm on it. Stylist Mr. Bob. uses orange perm rods, starting at the ends of Donna’s hair he applies the paper and perm rods all of Donna’s long blond hair in tight curls. Then, he applies the perm salutation thoroughly on Donna’s hair. Mr. Bob rinses Donna and applies the neutralizer on her hair and removes all those perm rods.
